Located between Denver, Boulder, Evergreen and Colorado’s world-class ski resorts. Golden is in front of the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, offering residents and guests majestic views from almost every window. We offer 111 rental residences —75 apartments in Assisted Living and 36 in Memory Care — all carefully designed by our experienced team. Residents of Golden Lodge enjoy a warm, inviting atmosphere and a vibrant social calendar, along with access to the healthcare services when and if they need them.
Founded in 1859, Golden is a former gold rush town that sprouted up between North and South Table Mountains. Named after local miner Thomas Golden, the town served as the original capital of the Colorado territory before Denver took the title in 1876. It’s no wonder Golden’s motto is “Where the West Lives.” These days, in addition to stunning natural beauty and historic buildings, Golden is home to the Coors Brewing Company, the Clear Creek Trail, the Colorado Railroad Museum, a bustling downtown business district and easy access to many of Colorado’s best-loved towns and cities.
